El Kanban-Push y la aplicación del sistema de costes basados en el valor en la industria de los acabados textiles de tejidos de lana

Abstract

El concepto de Kanban siempre se ha relacionado con "tirar de la producción". ¿Podía desarrollarse un Kanban que "empujara la producción"?¿Podía complementarse con un sistema de Costes Basados en el Valor? En una empresa de acabados textiles se desarrolló e implantó un innovador sistema Kanban-Push que se combinó con la aplicación de un Sistema de Costes de Gestión basado en el Valor "CBV". Se comprobó que el Kanban-Push era un sistema auto-equilibrante que facilitaba una mejor gestión y cumplimiento de los programas de producción y que el sistema CBV permitió una sensible mejora de la productividad de la fábrica.
