Arduino y los ensayos no destructivos

Abstract

El presente proyecto se centra en mostrar algunos de los ensayos no destructivos bajo la óptica del ecosistema Arduino mediante los lenguajes de programación gráfico de LabVIEW, de Java y también el de Arduino. Para ello se han utilizado los sensores adecuados que permiten representar los principios físicos de los ensayos que se pretenden mostrar. Estos ensayos son: el ensayo por ultrasonidos, realizando un dispositivo que emite ultrasonidos para determinar la sección de un material, el ensayo por partículas magnéticas, desarrollando una sonda hall utilizada para medir el campo magnético presente en un ensayo por partículas magnéticas, el ensayo por termografía, elaborando una cámara termográfica y la evaluación del ensayo por líquidos penetrantes, desarrollando un programa para hacer una evaluación de los resultados automática.
