Solubilidad diferencial de sustratos de poliamida 6 termofijados a diferentes temperaturas

Abstract

A knitted polyamide 6 fabric was heatsetted in a wide temperature range (160-200ºC). The effective thermal treatment temperature, the density/crystallinity and the differential solubility in phenol/isopropanol mixtures were determined based on the resulting substrates. The results obtained show that the evolution of the differential solubility according to the heatsetting temperatura usually reaches a maximum, in such a way that the heatsetting temperature initially increases and then decreases from a certain temperature. This behaviour is somewhat different to that of heatsetted polyester at different temperatures and has therefore been subject to interpretation.
