Historia constructiva y rehabilitación de vivienda rural

Abstract

The present project tries to apply the technical knowledge acquired during the studies of Building Engineering. That is, analyze, evaluate, draw conclusions, make judgments, find and propose solutions to problems. For the realization of the project I have based on the history of the town where the object dwelling is located. For this purpose it has been necessary to search and research exhaustively historical information of the own, as well as a detailed study of the architecture based on the historical moment of when it was built. I have needed an analysis of the materials used during the construction of the moment, both the housing of the subject and the area where it is located. Thus, not only the obtaining of these materials but also the production of the constructive elements given the difficulty of the moment not only to transport them but the shortage of production, either by the historical moment or by the lack of resources of the location. The objective of the second point of the project, rehabilitation of rural housing, is to be able to exploit the housing of an autochthonous character. In order to achieve this goal, a series of objectives are marked, in the first place, to be able to obtain maximum profitability; for this it is necessary that the farm is in its maximum conditions of comfort. Another of the objectives pursued is the minimization of costs to the extent possible, for this reason is only intended to do what is strictly necessary. A no less important objective is to create the minimum possible environmental impact, either inside the building or outside, as this fuses the archaic with the modern, an added value to a project. The project has been conceived with a clear orientation to the real world, the development of the acquired knowledge, with the purpose of designing and calculating the structure and facilities necessary for a good functioning based on its needs and well-being of the building with the best technical and seeking the energy saving at the time of the decision making, obtaining final conclusions.
