Construcción sostenible en casas contenedor

Abstract

El objetivo del presente proyecto es crear una casa sostenible que sea capaz de aprovechar al máximo los recursos naturales y la arquitectura bioclimática para disminuir las necesidades energéticas. Para ello se han tenido en cuenta diversos aspectos basados en el cumplimiento de los fundamentos del concepto de desarrollo sostenible y ecoeficiencia: ahorro de energía, consumo racional, construcción limpia y ecoeficiencia tecnológica. En relación al ahorro de energía, se ha valorado la orientación de la vivienda para aprovechar la máxima luz del sol, la ventilación cruzada que facilite el tránsito del aire, el uso de materiales y aislamientos que conserven el calor en invierno y protejan de él en verano y carpinterías especiales con rotura de puente térmico que permitan un mayor aislamiento. En referencia al consumo racional, se han instalado griferías con control de caudal, griferías con temporizador y cisterna de doble descarga con llenado aprovechable. Además, se han incorporado electrodomésticos de altas calificaciones energéticas. Respecto a la construcción, se han utilizado materiales con certificados medioambientales y que produzcan menos residuos, como el pladur y se ha hecho uso de la arquitectura modular haciendo uso de contenedores marítimos como estructura principal. Y por último, se han implementado sistemas de calefacción de alta eficiencia haciendo uso de biomasa, una instalación fotovoltaica capaz de generar la demanda de la vivienda anual y un sistema termo solar capaz de abarcar más del 42% de la demanda de agua caliente sanitaria. En definitiva, se presenta una vivienda moderna, preparada para el uso cotidiano de dos personas comprometidas con el medio ambiente y dispuestas a aportar su granito de arena para reducir las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero que tanto perjudican a nuestro planeta.
