Disseny d'una almàssera

Abstract

El present treball final de grau té com a finalitat el disseny d’una almàssera de procés continu per a la producció d’oli d’oliva. El punt de partida per a dissenyar la màquina, és establir una producció horària. Per aquesta màquina s’ha establert una producció de 120 Kg/hora. Amb aquest ràtio es pretén aconseguir una almàssera de mides reduïdes. Aquest tipus d’almàssera està enfocada a petits productors que busquen extreure l’oli de les seves pròpies olives. El següent pas és començar el procés de càlcul per a poder dimensionar cada un dels components per assolir la ràtio horària que es vol aconseguir. La màquina es divideix en tres components essencials durant el transcurs d’aquest treball, el molí, la batedora i el separador centrífug. Quan la màquina hagi estat dimensionada el següent pas és fer un model en 3D, aquest ens ajudarà a entendre millor el procés de disseny i ens donarà un suport visual que pretén aclarir tot el que s’ha anat explicant. Per acabar es donarà un pressupost aproximat de tota l’almàssera.
