The objective of this research is to adapt the Standard Passivhaus to the Spanish climate, specifically from Barcelona, using the PHPP tool. So, it starts modeling a very simple Building typical from Spain, using the same construction solutions. Then, introducing the values and check the results from the German software and making the necessary improvements to reach the values from the Standard Passivhaus regulations. Once it reaches the values, the next step was to try reaching the 0 energy demand modifying again and again the Building properties. In the research you will see then three different versions of the same Building: the first one with any improvements, the second one with few improvements just to reach the minimum values required and the third one with all the possible improvements.
