Aparcamiento robotizado en un aeropuerto

Abstract

Nowadays, it exists a relevant difficulty with the building land. Therefore, the land optimization has become an essential need in every single facility developed. The areas with high population density imply also high vehicle density and so, problems at the time of parking. Some examples could be the city centres and the airports with availability low to park. From all the mentioned before, it appears the necessity of developing an automatic parking for the Ibiza airport. In one hand, for realising this project the basic knowledge related to the programming sequential processes and electronics has been used and, in second hand, the new knowledge of industrial programming in the professional sector developed during the project phase. With the obtained knowledge, an automatic parking system has been designed programming a Siemens' programmable logic controller S7-1513. Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal) is the software tool for programming this controller. A second system, called SCADA, has been developed. The both systems are integrated obtaining a real time communication and sequences and manoeuvres processes. Finally, it has been developed the storage of all variables, inputs and outputs of the PLC+SCADA system. The storage of the used controller is the data blocks (DB) and all of the information is saved in real time on the external storage, which can be connected to the controller. As a final result of the project, an automatic system for a modular and scalable parking design for any area and dimensioning required has been obtained. The automatic system shows an optimization space design and also reduce the cycle time of the sequential processes realized on the facility normal running. A simulation of the PLC+SCADA systems has been obtained in real time, allowing the monitoring of all the facility processes.
