Modelos de cambio de régimen aplicados al análisis factorial de series de tiempo para la predicción de energía eólica

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la predicción a corto plazo de la producción de energía eólica en un parque energético, específicamente, el Parque Eólico de Tarifa, con medición de la producción cada 10 minutos. Para lograrlo, se utilizará el análisis factorial de series de tiempo (AFST) y técnicas de análisis de series temporales aplicadas a los factores, tales como ARIMA y extensiones (atípicos), y un especial interés en los Modelos de Cambio de Régimen, para finalmente comparar la precisión de la predicción de dichos modelos. La idea de utilizar AFTS es realizar una reducción en la dimensión de los datos a través de un grupo reducido de variables latentes o factores, basándonos a priori que existen al menos un número reducido de factores que expliquen la producción de energía eólica en segmentos diarios de 10 minutos. Una vez estimados, se realizará un análisis de series de tiempo sobre los mismos para mejorar la predicción de la producción de energía eólica.
