Implementación de un sistema de refrigeración de gases con altas concentraciones de contaminantes y polvo

Abstract

El presente es un proyecto de colaboración entre la empresa Labaqua y la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, en él se pretende determinar cuál es la mejor opción para llevar a cabo una refrigeración de un aire que contiene altas concentraciones de amoniaco y polvo. La necesidad de esta reducción de la temperatura se debe a que el aire va a ser tratado en un biofiltro, un tipo de sistema de depuración de olor y eliminación de contaminantes, cuya emperatura de trabajo se encuentra por debajo de la del aire. Tras un análisis de varias posibilidades se decide estudiar la implementación de un ciclo de refrigeración por compresión de vapor y calcular bajo qué condiciones se podría llevar a cabo la reducción de temperatura. Se determina qué capacidad frigorífica ha de tener el ciclo de refrigeración y bajo qué condiciones tiene que trabajar cada uno de los equipos que lo conforman. Tras conocer las propiedades que caracterizan cada uno de los equipos se hace una selección de los que mejor se adaptan al sistema diseñado. Se concluye proponiendo los equipos seleccionados para la implantación del sistema de refrigeración. Tras las conclusiones se presenta un presupuesto del trabajo realizado y de los equipos propuestos.
