Estudi del soroll en màquines elèctriques

Abstract

El següent document es presenta com una introducció a l’estudi del soroll en motors elèctrics. Centrant-se en el soroll d’origen electromagnètic, presenta una sèrie de mètodes per identificar les freqüències a les que la densitat del flux magnètic pot provocar vibracions en motors síncrons i asíncrons. Si aquestes freqüències coincideixen amb les freqüències naturals de la màquina, es produirà soroll. Per identificar les freqüències naturals de l’estator del motor es proposen tres mètodes: dos exclusivament de vibració radial i un tercer que contempla la vibració longitudinal. Un cop definits els mètodes, s’han recreat fent una simulació numèrica mitjançant MATLAB. El resultat de les simulacions és satisfactori, si bé és cert que s’observen errors puntuals que poden tenir origen teòric.
