Vivienda temporal para refugiados

Abstract

El proyecto se centra en el diseño y desarrollo de un espacio destinado a vivienda temporal para dar hogar a personas que han perdido su casa. Este tipo de vivienda es fundamental dentro del proceso de recuperación post-desastre ya que la construcción inmediata de viviendas permanentes es utópica. El objetivo principal es la construcción de una vivienda temporal formada por elementos prefabricados, logrando así una mayor rapidez en su montaje. Esto también permitirá que cualquier componente dañado pueda ser sustituido. Con el fin de conocer las características que ha de tener una vivienda de esta tipología, se realiza un estudio de las existentes. Una vez obtenidos los resultados se procede a la realización de primeros diseño. Después de estudiar los defectos y ventajas de estos diseño se selecciona una estructura que posteriormente se mejora, para hacer de ella el diseño final. Partiendo de la estructura obtenida se determinan todos los detalles constructivos y elementos utilizados para la construcción de la vivienda. Como conclusión, se podría decir que el producto final es un proyecto de vivienda la cual se puede construir en cualquier lugar disponiendo de la lista de materiales y los planos de montaje.
