Projecte d’una instal·lació geotèrmica de molt baixa entalpia per a un habitatge unifamiliar

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és estudiar la viabilitat que tindria el fet de canviar el sistema de climatització actual de caldera de gasoil per un sistema més eficient com és el geotèrmic amb una sonda vertical, per a un habitatge unifamiliar. Per a això es faran els càlculs teòrics necessaris i les simulacions mitjançant software per determinar els aspectes tècnics de la instal·lació. Es calcularà la demanda energètica que presenta la llar unifamiliar, que permetrà determinar la profunditat del pou i el tipus de sonda idònia que actuarà com a intercanviador tèrmic. Aquesta sonda estarà connectada a una bomba de calor, la qual s’escollirà d’acord amb la potència requerida per climatitzar la llar, de tal manera que pugui aportar una temperatura de confort a la llar a través de climatització per terra radiant. Finalment, es realitzarà un estudi econòmic on quedarà plasmat l’elevat cost d’inversió inicial i el temps d’amortització, que es contraposaran amb els avantatges mediambientals i econòmics (a llarg termini) que presenta instal·lar aquest tipus de sistemes de climatització.
