Disseny conceptual d’un ATV elèctric : part mecànica

Abstract

Aquesta és la memòria del treball de fi de grau titulat “Disseny conceptual d’un ATV elèctric. Part mecànica”. L’objectiu d’aquest treball és dissenyar conceptualment un ATV elèctric a partir del disseny d’un de combustió, centrant-se en les components mecàniques. Primerament s’ha fet un estudi de la situació actual del mercat de quads i de les tecnologies involucrades. Seguidament s’ha decidit una funció per al producte i es comença a dissenyar aquest. Coneguda la funció a realitzar se’n dedueixen uns requeriments i es crea un simulador de Microsoft Excel per anar provant components elèctrics fins que l’ATV compleix els requeriments establerts. Aquest part està completament explicada al treball complementari “Conceptual design of an electric ATV. Electric part.” per Gerard Albarrán. Un cop escollides les parts elèctriques s’adapta l’estructura d’un quad ja existent, mitjançant el programa SolidWorks 2016. Per concloure s’ha fet un petit repàs de la normativa vigent aplicable, una planificació i pressupost del projecte i un petit estudi d’impacte ambiental.
