Abstract

La voce analizza la procedura aperta, la procedura ristretta e la procedura negoziata, ossia i vari tipi di procedure di selezione finalizzate alla scelta dell'impresa offerente previste dalle norme comunitarie in materia di appalti pubblici (direttive 92/50/CEE per i servizi, 93/36/CEE per le forniture, 93/37/CEE per i lavori e 93/38/CEE per i settori esclusi). Vengono inoltre approfonditi il concorso di progettazione e i nuovi metodi indicati dalle direttive 2004/17 e 2004/18/CE: il sistema dinamico di acquisizione, l'asta elettronica e il dialogo competitivo.
