L’intervista rappresenta una innovazione nella ricerca educativa: i soggetti studiati non sono più considerati semplici dati da interpretare, prescindendo dalla loro individualità, e i risultati in termini conoscitivi sono il frutto di conversazioni tra persone (Kvale 1996). Il presente contributo illustra varie tipologie di intervista, ne descrive le modalità di costruzione ed fornisce anche considerazioni etiche sulle modalità di svolgimento di tale strumento di indagine.
Interviews represent a sort of innovation in educational research: subjects under study are no more considered as simple pieces of data to be interpreted, a part from their individualities, and results, in terms of understanding, are the fruit of interactions between human beings (Kvale 996). This contribution describes the various typologies of interviews, how to draft them and gives also some ethical references on the ways of using such a tool of investigation.
