Abstract

STeMA è una metodologia e un GIS tool per avere: systemic vision where economy, territory and environment are considered as a whole system carrying capacity of the economic/territorial/environmental systems as common base for regions and states to be “competitive in sustainability” Strategic Environmental Assessment as logical common standard procedure to evaluate the territorial carrying capacity GIS as the best instrument to manage the complexity of the knowledge in a system. Gli strumenti forniti supportano le due parti della metodologia: il Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) e la Valutazione Ambientale Strategica. Questi strumenti vengono forniti come un toolkit per la suite GIS ArcGIS, e sono accessibili come qualsiasi toolkit per la suite in questione.
