Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest projecte ha estat dissenyar, construir i mesurar un amplificador d’alta sensibilitat i molt baix soroll, per tal d’adequar el senyal òptic detectat per un fotodíode en un sistema lídar atmosfèric (radar làser) per a detectar la radiació retrodispersada per les partícules que es troben en suspensió a l’atmosfera quan el feix de llum generat per un làser polsat les il·lumina. Els fotodíodes reben una molt baixa potencia lluminosa i produeixen una quantitat de corrent que és proporcional. El circuit dissenyat realitza una conversió de transimpedància, corrent a tensió, i permet ajustar el seu guany i el seu offset. L’elevat guany que s’ha de realitzar sobre la corrent procedent del fotodíode provoca també un increment del soroll i de les interferències que l’acompanyen. Per això s’ha realitzat un estudi precís i s’ha dissenyat el circuit amb els components més adequats per tal de reduir-lo. També s’ha dissenyat una font d’alta tensió regulable com a circuit d’alimentació de fotodíodes.
