Abstract

L'objecte del present projecte és el de definir amb el suficient nivell de detall un edifici destinat a oficines. En la seva redacció s'ha tingut en compte el complint de les vigents normes de l'estat, administració municipal i altres organismes i ens autonòmics. El present projecte es desenvolupa en MEMÒRIA I ANNEXES, PLÀNOLS, PLEC DE CONDICIONS I AMIDAMENTS, en els quals s'estableix l'especejament i geometria dels elements constitutius, descripció de les seves característiques així com els condicionaments específics.
