Tanque para Almacenamiento de Crudo

Abstract

La Refinería tiene unas instalaciones que empezaron a crearse en 1967, entonces con el nombre de ESSO Petróleos Españoles S.A. cambiando en 1992 su nombre por el actual de BP OIL Refinería de Castellón S.A. La capacidad de almacenamiento de crudo en la refinería es insuficiente debido a necesidades operativas y de almacenamiento, por lo que es necesario la ampliación del mismo, y por ello es necesario un nuevo tanque. Este proyecto desarrolla las secciones que forman parte del diseño del nuevo tanque para almacenar crudo. Las siglas de identificación del nuevo tanque que se construye son TK-756. La ubicación del nuevo tanque se realiza en un cubeto existente en el que ya esta instalado otro tanque gemelo Las características principales de los dos tanques son: Tipo. Tanques atmosféricos con techo flotante Diámetro: D = 80,50 m. Altura total: H= 19,50 m Destino: Almacenaje de Petróleo Crudo. Volumen de diseño: V =100.000 m3.
