Fragilización de aceros dúplex

Abstract

La meta de este proyecto es estudiar la fragilización de un acero dúplex SAF 2507 con principales elementos de aleación en las proporciones siguientes: 24,8 % Cr, 6,89 % Ni, 3,83% Mo y 0,27 % N. Las muestras a estudiar han sido sometidas a diferentes tratamientos térmicos, la tabla siguiente da un resumen: Tabla 1: designación de las muestras usadas en el proyecto: Nombre Tratamiento 750-A-1 Mantenido 1 hora a 750°C y templado al aire. 650-W-15 Mantenido 15 minutos a 650°C y templado en agua. 650-A-1 Mantenido 1 hora a 650°C y templado en aire. 600-A-3 Mantenido 3 horas a 600°C y templado en aire. La caracterización se hace con el estudio de las propiedades mecánicas mediante ensayos de nanoindentación y por la técnica del punzonado de probetas pequeñas. Se obtiene así las durezas y módulos elásticos de las dos fases principales del Acero Inoxidable Dúplex (AID) de última generación SAF 2507: austenita y ferrita. También en este estudio se comparan las resistencias máximas y elásticas del material así como las deflexiones máximas. Los valores de límite elástico y de resistencia se han obtenido para todas las muestras mediante un ensayo de punzonado de probetas pequeñas, utilizando expresiones que los relacionan con valores característicos de carga y desplazamiento en ensayos SPT.
