Eficiencia energética en un district heating and cooling

Abstract

El presente documento pretende analizar la eficiencia energética en una red de distrito con producción de energía centralizada en modo calefacción y refrigeración. Para ello se han tomado los productos de la empresa Uponor al disponer de una dilatada experiencia en este tipo de obras. El objetivo del proyecto se basa en simular, mediante el programa CYPE, las demandas energéticas de una vivienda unifamiliar para poder dimensionar los equipos de producción de energía y las tuberías de distribución pre aisladas. Para ello, se han integrado y comparado algunos productos de la empresa Uponor con sistemas tradicionales, con la intención de buscar la eficiencia energética considerando las diferencias económicas existentes entre ellos. En la red de distrito estudiada, se consiguen reducir un 50% las pérdidas en el transporte de agua con los productos Uponor, se recomienda usar buenos aislantes térmicos, y tomar una fuente de producción de energía renovable aunque la inversión inicial sea mayor.
