Efecto de la acritud sobre la electroplasticidad en materiales FCC

Abstract

En el present treball s’ha realitzat l’estudi de l’efecte de la corrent sobre l’acritud d’un material FCC (electroplasticitat) mitjançant assajos a tracció. El material en estudi és l’alumini 1050-H18. Prèviament als assajos s’ha realitzat una caracterització del alumini 1050-H18 mitjançant tractaments tèrmics de recuit per preparar certs estats d’acritud que es podran utilitzar en futurs estudis. Durant el procés d’anàlisi de dades s’ha millorat el mètode per determinar la deformació de l’alumini mitjançant l’ús del videoextensometre disponible. Posteriorment s’ha estudiat l’efecte que provoca la velocitat d’allargament en el comportament mecànic del alumini 1050-H18 durant els assajos, amb i sense assistència de corrent induïda. La resolució actual no pot assegurar cap efecte de l’assistència de corrent atèrmica en les propietats mecàniques del alumini 1050-H18, malgrat que a 5 mm/min de velocitat d’estirament es poden observar possibles indicis de l’efecte electroplàstic en les nostres mostres.
