Disseny d'un funicular

Abstract

Per tal d’introduir el treball, s’ha començat amb un breu resum fent referència a aquest sector, de tal manera que qualsevol persona pugui ficar-se en context i entendre’l. Una vegada feta la introducció, s’expliquen les condicions tècniques de partida. Per tal de delimitar l’abast del treball, s’estableix un traçat, un encreuament, un edifici i unes condicions d’explotació determinades. En base a aquestes condicions i a la normativa, es dissenya el vehicle i es realitzen els plànols corresponents. A continuació cal dissenyar la resta de components mecànics i per fer-ho s’ha de realitzar un càlcul de línia. Primerament es fa un estudi del trajecte i de l’encreuament, a continuació es calculen la quantitat de frens necessaris, seguidament es proposa un diàmetre de cable i s’efectuen els càlculs per tal de comprovar que no hi ha aixecament ni ruptura de cable ni cable fluix i que aquest no llisca a la politja motriu. Quan aquests factors es verifiquen, s’estudien les forces circumferències a la politja motriu i amb elles la potència necessària del motor tenint en compte les inèrcies dels elements rotatoris. Finalment, una vegada determinat el motor, es calcula la relació de transmissió i s’escull el reductor. Per concloure amb el treball, es fa un pressupost del disseny establert.
