Sistema de control de medicación

[CASTELLÀ] Este trabajo parte de la idea de conseguir una mejor gestión de la toma de medicamentos por parte de pacientes con muchos medicamentos recetados. Se pretende conseguir la conexión entre el proceso de prescripción de recetas, y el posterior desarrollo del tratamiento por parte del paciente.

[ANGLÈS] This project arises out of an initial idea to achieve a better management of taking medications by people who have a considerable number of medicines. The intention is to obtain a connexion between the prescription process, and subsequent development of the treatment by patients.
