Rehabilitación energética de edificio de viviendas plurifamiliar

Abstract

El presente proyecto trata sobre una rehabilitación energética de un edificio de viviendas plurifamiliar situado en Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelona, construido en el 1970 siguiendo los criterios constructivos de la época, ausencia de aislamiento alguno en su sistema envolvente. Consiste previamente en la evaluación energética del edificio mediante CE3X teniendo en cuenta el tipo de cerramiento que conforman la fachada, cubiertas y suelos en contacto con el terreno. Tras analizar la evaluación se analizan diferentes propuestas de mejora basándose en criterios económicos, rentabilidad y retorno de inversión. La mayor particularidad de este proyecto respecto a la mayoría es la utilización de metodología BIM para la elaboración de la documentación gráfica del proyecto, para poder aclarar las fases de construcción de las reformas, estudios solares, gestión de datos de los elementos que conforman la maqueta virtual o modelo. Este proyecto es uno de los primeros elaborados en la EPSEB mediante la metodología BIM y espero que se el acicate para la elaboración de futuros proyectos, espero que sea de gran ayuda la elaboración de éste y que ayude en lo máximo posible la implementación de esta metodología dentro de los estudios universitarios de grado impartido en nuestra facultad
