Disseny d'una màquina per al reciclatge dels residus de la construcció i demolició

Abstract

El present projecte consisteix en el disseny mecànic d’una trituradora capaç de reciclar els residus de formigó d’una construcció o demolició. Les seves característiques són aptes per utilitzar-la tant a l’emplaçament de l’obra com a una planta de reciclatge; introduint un nou model de gestió on hi ha un estalvi logístic entre obra i planta de reciclatge; permetent així l’ús de l’àrid reciclat en una nova edificació o infraestructura. Tenint en compte tots els factors dinàmics i cinemàtics s’ha dissenyat una màquina amb dimensions inexistents en el mercat oferint capacitats de producció elevades. S’han emprat models enginyerils per tal de buscar la millor solució a una màquina altament sol·licitada que treballa a fatiga i xocs. Els components dissenyats redueixen els costs de manteniment i allarguen l’amortització del dispositiu. Tanmateix, l’ús d’elements normalitzats i la cerca de components del mercat asseguren un disseny fiable i es redueixen els costs. S’ha utilitzat un programa de disseny en tres dimensions del qual s’han extret els diferents plànols necessaris per a la descripció de la trituradora. Finalment també es presenta una estimació del pressupost total per a fabricar la màquina i el plec de condicions resultat de tot el contingut d’aquest projecte.
