[ANGLÈS] The aim of this Project is changing the use of this symbolic building from Sant Boi de Llobregat. Nowadays, it is a palace in the Marianao’s zone; although it has suffered some restorations it hadn’t touched any important aspect. The building has an important very big garden around it, which is protected by the current rules. Once known these basic aspects of our building, I can explain that I’m going to do a complete restoration of this municipal building, returning it a complete use. Currently, it is in a really bad state and it can’t have a specific use, so I should do a lot of things. I would like to give a new use like a hotel, to change the use we will need touching the structure in order to guarantee the currently rules and it can works without any problem. I will do different important points in the project, for example: putting new systems, calculating the total budget of this restoration, doing a market research, doing a viability study, Moreover, doing some renders to be able to look the final result of this restoration. I have chosen a hotel due to the form of the building, the place and above all because is a good business if you do a good market research and you get a good offer to the people. It is known that some of the ingresses are the rooms, but you could win a lot of money with the other services of the hotel, like the hairdresser, restaurant and spa. These services doing the people spend money and you earn more than a only room.
