Eficiencia energética a través de la utilización de pozos canadienses con el análisis de datos de un caso real "Casa Pomaret"

Abstract

Gran parte de la contaminación ambiental en el mundo es causada por la construcción y edificación, por lo tanto es necesario actuar ante ello implementando sistemas de eficiencia energética dentro de las viviendas. Este trabajo pretende analizar el funcionamiento de los sistemas de tubos enterrados, que permite sustituir la implementación de aire acondicionado dentro de viviendas, generando un ahorro en el consumo de energía eléctrica. Por lo tanto, se realiza una revisión del estado del arte sobre el sistema de tubos enterrados, centrándose en un caso real, una vivienda construida en Barcelona, “Casa Pomaret”. De la vivienda se recolectaron los datos de monitoreo del sistema de tubos enterrados, con los cuales se pudo obtener resultados a escala real de valores de temperatura del aire dentro de los pozos, temperatura ambiental, consumo de calefacción, etc. A su vez se simuló la vivienda con un Software computacional, DesignBuilder, para obtener valores teóricos y compararlos con los recolectados a escala real. Esto se realizó con el objetivo de lograr emitir conclusiones, y recomendaciones del uso, eficiencia del sistema y confort en la vivienda, además de determinar el grado de fiabilidad de una simulación ante el modelo real.
