Estudio de comportamiento de compra de una vivienda

Abstract

El tema que se trata en este trabajo es el estudio sobre la vivienda, es un tema muy tratado y estudiado en la literatura de la Economía de la vivienda. Un gran número de trabajos han puesto de manifiesto la necesidad de analizar la decisión de demanda de la vivienda conjuntamente con la elección del régimen de tenencia, algunos más relevantes son en España son: Jaén y Molina (1994) han analizado estas dos decisiones sobre la vivienda para hogares de la Comunidad de Andalucía; Colom y Molés (1998) consideran además la elección entre un ámbito urbano y otro rural. En otro estudio, Duce (1995) efectúa un análisis de la elección del régimen de tenencia.
