Proyecto de viviendas de interés social en bahareque encementado para el municipio de Villamaría, Colombia

Abstract

Este proyecto es el proceso de aprendizaje desde cero en la materia del sistema constructivo tradicional de bahareque en Colombia. El proyecto se estructura en primera parte por la introducción, donde plasmamos nuestra visión y relación con el nuevo territorio al que fuimos. También se definen los conceptos principales de la materia del proyecto, como normativas, información referente a las viviendas de interés social, el bambú, nuestra visión del entorno y propuestas en construcción, territorio y sociedad a lo largo de tres meses de estadía. La segunda parte detalla el marco teórico, donde se definen en profundidad las materias principales del proyecto: guadua, sistemas constructivos y manuales de construcción. Seguidamente se comentan los documentos más relevantes e importantes para la elaboración de este proyecto. En una tercera parte entramos en materia dando los resultados del análisis realizado a lo largo del aprendizaje. Detallando más profundamente el territorio conocido a partir del método de análisis por estructuras, aprendido del libro Biomanizales de la profesora Luz Stella Velásquez. Con los resultados se realiza la propuesta de viviendas de interés social para el municipio de Villamaría. Finalmente se concluye el proyecto con la discusión, donde concentramos los resultados y respuestas personales que definen el final del recorrido de este aprendizaje.
