Proyecto de una vivienda sostenible a partir del sistema constructivo denominado “Bahareque” (Manizales, Colombia)

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el proyecto de un prototipo para “Vivienda Sostenible” en un país extranjero no Europeo, a fin de demostrar que los conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso de formación profesional se pueden llegar a extrapolar en otro lugar utilizando sistemas de construcción y normativas distintas. El desarrollo del presente trabajo consta de cuatro fases. (1) La primera fase consiste en hacer un estudio global del territorio, los antecedentes históricos, geográficos, climáticos, culturales, urbanísticos, sistemas de construcción tradicional, etc. (2) La segunda fase trata de describir el concepto de Sostenibilidad y cuáles son los criterios mínimos que debe cumplir una “Vivienda Sostenible”, sentando las bases de lo que debería ser y cómo se debería realizar. Deberemos tener en cuenta qué hay requisitos previos que se pueden llegar a cumplir y qué hay puntos que son de difícil logro y de ser así explicar el por qué no es posible su cumplimiento. (3) La fase tercera es el estudio del sistema constructivo tradicional, su evolución histórica, sus características, las diferentes metodologías dentro del mismo sistema constructivo, y referentes constructivos. (4) La cuarta fase y más importante es la de realizar el proyecto de la Vivienda Sostenible aplicando los conocimientos y los criterios adquiridos en las fases anteriores. Este proyecto constará de: - Descripción del edificio. - Precálculo Estructural. - Precálculo de Cimentación. - Sostenibilidad. - Presupuesto.
