Abstract

En aquest projecte es realitza el disseny i càlcul dels elements necessaris per construir un equip de càrrega lateral de recollida de residus urbans. Aquet tipus de vehicles el seu gran avantatge és que no hi ha necessitat de tenir 2 operaris únicament per carregar els contenidors a la part posterior com es feia antigament. Actualment és un dels mètodes més usats en les grans ciutats. A més d'estalviar la despesa dels dos operaris és un sistema molt ràpid que triga aproximadament 80 segons en fer un cicle de recollida d'un contenidor. Amb aquests vehicles les rutes nocturnes de recol · lectors de residus urbans poden arribar a fer fins a 300 contenidors en tres descàrregues a no més de 50 minuts de distància de la planta de residus en la qual s'ha de descarregar. Algunes de les característiques tècniques d'aquest equip són: • Velocitat recollida contenidor: 80 segons • Càrrega màxima en equip d'elevació: 400 Kg • Distància màxima del contenidor: 2 vegades el contenidor. • Sistema automàtic operable des cabina. Aquest equip disposa en cabina de tots els comandaments necessaris per a la càrrega de contenidors sense que el conductor no tingui necessitat de baixar del seient.
