Abstract

S’ha desenvolupat una aplicació per a facilitar l’aprenentatge de l’abecedari de la Llengua de signes catalana mitjançant una sèrie d’activitats de lletrejar paraules. El projecte fa ús del dispositiu Kinect per tal de captar les imatges que seran tractades amb les llibreries de codi lliure OpenCV i un algoritme de reconeixement K nearest neighbors per tal de portar a terme el reconeixement dels signes. L’aplicació permet reconèixer un total de sis signes de diferents mides, orientacions i formes.
