Abstract

L’exercici proposa la creació d’un equipament públic que estigui directament vinculat amb l’aigua. El solar està ubicat a París a l’extrem d’un barri de nova creació i en procés de transformació. Consta de 8600m2, dels quals 6000m2 correponen a espai públic i els restants són d’equipament públic.
