Abstract

Esta tesina realizada para el Máster Arquitectura y Sostenibilidad: Herramientas de Diseño y Técnicas de Control Ambiental de la Fundación UPC, tiene como objetivo exponer los resultados y ventajas obtenidas con la asociación de dos sistemas de cubiertas: Domotej + Cubierta Verde, como una propuesta alternativa que mejora el comportamiento térmico de la tradicional cubierta de hormigón utilizada en las viviendas construidas en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, México. Tal estudio partió de un análisis térmico comparativo, basado en un día típico experimental, comparando las temperaturas superficiales de los dos sistemas. Además, al añadir a la cubierta una capa de pasto con sustrae, se amplió aún más la ventaja térmica sobre el techo de hormigón, en que se concluye que la asociación Domotej + Cubierta Verde es una propuesta factible.
