Recristalización de aleaciones de aluminio extruido

Abstract

El proyecto se ha llevado a cabo con el fin de evaluar la relación temperaturatiempo óptima de recristalización para piezas deformadas en estado semisólido. La aleación a estudio ha sido la A357 utilizando como punto de partida la aleación de forja AA6060, ya que las dos tienen Mg y Si, y la AA6060 es especial para deformación. Se hace especial hincapié en el desarrollo de texturas de recristalización. Por un lado las aleaciones AA6060 se han utilizado para hacer una caracterización completa de la microestructura y para diseñar un modelo de recristalización óptimo. El procedimiento que se ha seguido para la realización del mismo, ha sido: preparar una serie de muestras, para el tratamiento térmico y un posterior estudio metalográfico. A partir de los datos obtenidos en la caracterización completa del AA6060, se diseñará un modelo de recristalización que permita optimizar los principales parámetros de recristalización del A357 para realizar las correspondientes mediciones de dureza. La optimización del tratamiento térmico de recristalización se basa en la obtención final del ensayo de durezas Vickers de las muestras expuestas a distintas temperaturas de recristalización.
