Abstract

El present projecte es basa en l’estudi i disseny mecànic d’un banc de proves per caixes de canvi automàtiques. Per assegurar un estudi òptim, el projecte es centra en un determinat model de canvis automàtics,el 722.6,incorporat en diversos models de la firma alemanya Mercedes-Benz. Els diferents punts que engloba el projecte són:  Determinació dels requisits mínims per executar una adaptació.  Disseny i estudi de mercat dels elements constructius que formen el banc de proves.  Treball de camp per determinar i comparar els processos que es poden estalviar.  Elaboració d’un nou protocol de proves per realitzar l’adaptació en el banc.  Elaboració del pressupost del procés de disseny mecànic del banc de proves i estudi de viabilitat. El projecte pretén justificar la possible elaboració d’un banc de proves que ofereixi una alternativa diferent i més sostenible al procés de comprovació i ajust de les caixes de canvi automàtiques, un cop que aquestes hagin estat desmuntades del vehicle per motius de reparació o de rutina de manteniment.
