Abstract

En este proyecto se pretende dar una visión general sobre la importancia que puede tener la introducción de los nanomateriales dentro de la industria aeronáutica. Además, se presentan los nanomateriales que pueden emplearse en zonas como el fuselaje, los motores, las pinturas o el interior de la aeronave y las ventajas que ofrecen los nanomateriales frente a los materiales actualmente empleados. La principal característica de los nanomateriales es que su tamaño de grano es de escala nanométrico. Esto provoca que los materiales muestren nuevas propiedades, permitiendo realizar una actividad de forma más eficiente. Es por ello que la industria aeronáutica ve en esta clase de materiales el futuro para producir aeronaves más económicas y con unos costes de operación y mantenimiento drásticamente reducidos. Aparte de la sección teórica del proyecto, se presentan los resultados obtenidos de diversas prácticas, cuyo principal objetivo es la creación de nanopartículas de plata en diversos solventes. Se detalla el procedimiento experimental seguido para la creación de las muestras, se presentan las muestras obtenidas y finalmente se comentan unas gráficas en las que se puede ver la absorción dentro del rango visible de las muestras obtenidas
