Optimización del mantenimiento en transformadores de potencia

Abstract

Este proyecto desarrolla el mantenimiento de los transformadores de potencia. De la necesidad por parte de las compañías eléctricas por reducir costes sin poner en riesgo la seguridad de la red, surge la optimización del mantenimiento. El trabajo empieza con la presentación de las diferentes tendencias de mantenimiento que se emplean a nivel industrial. Después de elegir la tendencia más ventajosa, se eligen varias técnicas para su aplicación. El objetivo de este trabajo es, a partir de la información relativa al estado de los transformadores, de las restricciones en el número de recursos disponibles y económicas de un periodo, planificar de forma óptima las operaciones de mantenimiento que deben realizarse a un parque te transformadores en servicio. Para poder planificar estas operaciones, se desarrolla una metodología que integra las ideas que se desarrollan en el trabajo. Se genera una herramienta cuyos algoritmos se validan en el entorno de programación Matlab. El uso de esta herramienta permite planificar en el tiempo las operaciones a realizar y dimensionar los recursos necesarios para que el mantenimiento se realice de forma óptima.
