Abstract

Dans ce travail on presente le dessein et la construction d'un banc pneumatique pour analyser le comportement du flux dans les tuyères de filature pneumatique. Avec cet equipe on prétend réaliser des études sur les phénomènes basiques, caracterisation et optimisation de cettes tuyères. Le banc pneumatique consiste en un système de mesure de pression dans des différents points, automatisable et avec la possibilité d'y connecter un système d'enregistrement, tant analogiques comme digitales.

En este trabajo se presenta el diseño y la construcción de un banco de pruebas para analizar el comportamiento del flujo en las toberas de hilatura neumática. Con este equipo se pretende llevar a cabo estudios sobre los fenómenos básicos, caracterización y optimización de estas toberas. El banco de pruebas consiste en un sistema de medida de presiones en diferentes puntos, automatizable y con posibilidad de conectar a sistemas de registro tanto analógicos como digitales.

In this work we present the design and construction of a test bench which analyses the flow behavoir in theand pneumatic spinning nozzles. With this equipment we want to study the basic phenomena, characterization and the most favorable conditions of these nozzles. The test bench consist of a system of pressure measurement in different parts of the nozzle, which can be automated and connected to the analogycal and digital registration systems.
