Solubilidad alcalina de la lana.

Abstract

Podemos indicar que los tratamientos a los cuales se somete corrientemente la fibra de lana, tales como tinturas en medio ácido, blanqueo, clorado, radiaciones ultravioletas producidas por exposición a la intemperie, etc., aumentan el valor de la solubilidad en álcali; sin embargo, las alteraciones producidas por una acción alcalina disminuyen el valor de la solubilidad en álcali de la lana.
