Abstract

La bibliografía sobre emergencias, y algunos campos estrechamente vinculados con ellas (desastres, ayuda humanitaria, desarrollo, conflictos, derecho de injerencias, etc.), abarca un entramado de temas y perspectivas. La intensidad y la frecuencia de las llamadas “crisis humanitarias” en la última década ha puesto sobre la mesa del debate público, político y académico que es necesario tener en cuenta todas estas perspectivas para intentar respuestas adecuadas y de calidad a situaciones tan complejas.
