Test de bondad de ajuste del modelo lineal general bajo correlación serial de los errores

Abstract

Dado el siguiente modelo de regresión de diseño fijo, con correlación serial en los errores: Yi = m(xi) + εi, donde xi Î C, i = 1,..., n, siendo C un conjunto compacto de R, con error aleatorio εi siguiendo una estructura lineal de tipo MA(∞), se propone un nuevo método para contrastar la hipótesis de que la función de regresión siga un modelo lineal, de la forma mθ(-) = At(-)θ, con θ Î Θ Ì Rq, y A es un funcional de R en Rq. El estadístico propuesto para contrastar la hipótesis de linealidad, que denominamos d2, se obtiene como la distancia de tipo Cramer-von Mises entre el estimador no paramétrico de Gasser-Müller, m, de la función de regresión y el estimador paramétrico de mínima distancia bajo la hipótesis de linealidad, mθ. Los resultados presentados de normalidad asintótica para ambos estimadores: θn y d2, y los estudios de simulación llevados a cabo sirven para ilustrar el efecto de la dependencia e indicar algunas formas de elegir el parámetro de suavización. Finalmente se incluyen ejemplos con datos reales.
