
Direct visualization goniotomy was performed in 19 eyes of 14 patients with congenital glaucoma. The procedure was repeated in only 2 eyes. 16 eyes of 11 patients were followed up for an average 27 months. The success rate was 90.0% (9/10) in patients aged 3-8 months and 33.3% (2/6) in patients aged 2-9 years. Goniotomy was a safe procedure and the actual technique was discussed.
