PEDAGOGISKT LEDARSKAP I FÖRSKOLEKLASSEN

Abstract

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka och beskriva hur verksamma rektorer arbetar med pedagogiskt ledarskap inom förskoleklassverksamhet. Teori: Studien tar uppolika ledarskapsteorier inspirerad av Lewin, från olika böcker som Maltén (1995) och Stensmo (2008). Metod: Arbetet var grundad på fenomenologi/ hermeneutik kvalitativ forskning där semistrukturerade intervjuer användes som datainsamling metod och för att analysera data kategoriserades av transkriberade intervjumaterial till teman. Resultat: Undersökningens resultat tyder på att det finns en dold överenskommelse om ett pedagogiskt ansvar mellan skolledare och förskoleklasslärarna i förskoleklassen.
