Attityden till IT-stödd distansutbildning har blivit alltmer positiv under åren 2003 till 2006. En förklaring kan vara den stora satsning som har gjorts av högskolesektorn under treårsperioden. Lärare och prefekter upplever ett mindre kollegialt motstånd och att även högskoleledningarna är mer positiva
