
The analysis of the clinical material of patients with the multiple primary malignant neoplasms was performed. 963 patients were operated upon because of laryngeal cancer. In 39 (4%) there were also another primary malignant neoplasm, more frequent as the second lesion, more rare as the first before the laryngeal one. The late results of treatment were presented.
