Abstract

En el curs acadèmic 2007-2008 s'ha implementat l’autoavaluació formativa en les assignatures de Dret Financer i Tributari I i II de la Llicenciatura en Dret de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, com a conseqüència del Projecte de millora de la qualitat docent concedit per l'AGAUR l’any 2006. Es tracta d'unes assignatures en les quals se segueix des del curs acadèmic 2004-2005 un sistema d’avaluació continua enfocada per competències, amb molt bona acollida tant pels docents com pels estudiants. Mitjançant aquesta experiència docent, ideada com a complement de l’avaluació contínua, i que consisteix en l'elaboració d'activitats d’autoavaluació formativa de diferent tipologia enfocades per competències, es pretén ajudar l’estudiant a desenvolupar i millorar les competències d'ambdues assignatures de forma autònoma en el marc de l'Espai Europeu d’Educació Superior. In the academic year 2007-2008 it has been implemented the formative auto-assessment in the subjects Derecho Financiero y Tributario I y II (Financia1 and Taxation Law 1 and 11) of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, as a consequence of the project for the teaching quality improvement, a project granted by the Generalitat de Catalunya in the year 2006. It is about a subjects in which have been carried out, since the academic year 2004-2005, a continuous assessment system focused in competencies, which was very well received by both the teachers and the students. through this teaching experience, designed as a complement for the continuous assessment, and which consists in performing different kind of competency-focused autoassessment activities, it is intended to help students to develop and improve the competencies of the subjects in an autonomous way within the framework of the European Higher Education Area .
