Abstract

Documento publicado como parte de la colección Working Papers con el propòsito de descubrir las exigencias de las nuevas políticas culturales para el deporte moderno y analizar el papel del Olimpismo en la actual sociedad de la información. Para ello se hace referencia a varias ediciones de los Juegos Olímpicos, pero especialmente, en los de Sydney 2000. Document publicat com a part de la col·lecció Working Papers amb el propòsit de descobrir les exigències de les noves polítiques culturals per a l’esport modern i analitzar el paper de l’olimpisme en l’actual societat de la informació. Per això es fa referència a diverses edicions dels Jocs Olímpics, però especialment, als de Sydney 2000. Document published as part of the collection Working Papers with the purpose to find out the demands of the new cultural policies in the modern sport and to analyze the role of Olimpism in the current society of the information. For this reason it refers to several editions of the Olympic Games, but especially, in Sydney 2000.
